4/10/17  The Board has been collecting contact information of the residents who live along CNH and who could be directly involved in the fence resolution.  Currently a letter is being distributed to those remaining homeowners from whom information is needed, this is in addition to Stacey walking with a couple of the homeowners to visit with those addresses as well.  In the interest of not dragging the process out and to begin finalizing a path forward the Board has communicated in this letter that all contact information is needed by April 30 or the Board will consider the issue of the CNH fencing situation at an impasse and will therefore need to resort to deed enforcement moving forward.  Once all contact information has been gathered the next step will be to schedule a time to meet with the CNH residents to see if a solution can be agreed upon amongst everyone whose property the fence currently resides.  From this discussion the Board should have a clearer picture to present to the rest of the Phase 1 and 2 residents as to what options, if any, will be presented for a vote.
