5/1/17 POA Update Regarding CNH Fence

Yesterday was the deadline to receive the contact information needed from residents along CNH who need to be involved in the next discussion on fencing options, and the Board is pleased to report we are able to move forward with those discussions.  As a result a meeting with the CNH residents has been scheduled for this weekend and depending on the outcome of those discussions will determine whether a vote will then need to be carried forward at another meeting held for all of Phase 1 & 2 residents.  Essentially, such a full resident vote would be required if a consensus on any of the options as outlined in the Town Hall Summary (see post below) is reached among the CNH residents that would request additional funding as legally allowed by the POA (again outlined in the Town Hall Summary).  The one confirmation we did receive and can share before this weekend's discussion is that Caldwell has declined to offer any fence option from their side that does not include their stone columns, so we know now that is not going to be on the table for discussion (but their original offer still stands).  The Board will certainly post another update to share next steps with everyone as soon as possible after results of this weekend's discussion have been compiled.
