POA Update

Submitted by kenh on December 5, 2019
This is a follow up to the news which was shared at our 4th Quarter Board Meeting about our continued discussions to find a solution with Towne Lake despite one of the 33 homeowners along Cypress North Houston having declined their offer to install a fence free of charge and also maintain it for a minimum of 10 years.  Towne Lake had also expressed a mutual interest to see if an option existed to not make the effort of the 32 homeowners in vain and improve the overall appearance along this portion of CNH, and in the end they recognized and appreciated the cooperation from these homeowners who had signed and returned their agreements and have therefore elected to proceed with their offer for those properties.  With that decision they are now exploring their available options regarding the one lone property whose fence will remain and continue to be subject to CCL deed restrictions.  In the meantime they are also in the process of coordinating the details of this project on their end, including how and when they will communicate with the 32 homeowners per their agreements, but they have not yet shared a target start date with us.  With the fencing issues now decided Crest Management has shared that they will begin performing their fence inspections throughout the community sometime this week, and letters going out shortly thereafter for those in need of repair.
