General Communications

In consideration of the City of Houston and Harris County Health Emergency Declaration, the Board of Directors of Cypress Creek Lakes POA has made the decision to cancel the first quarter board meeting that was going to be held on Thursday, March 26, 2020.  A notice will be posted when the next board meeting has been scheduled.  If you have any questions, please contact Liz Pettit with Crest Management at liz@crest-management.com.

**NOTE: the Board Quarterly Meeting will still be held on 3/29 @ 7:00pm at Warner Elementary but there will be NO VOTE on any topics as originally planned.  As requested by the residents, the voting has been postponed until further notice when details are learned and are presented for everyone on this site.

4/10/17  The Board has been collecting contact information of the residents who live along CNH and who could be directly involved in the fence resolution.  Currently a letter is being distributed to those remaining homeowners from whom information is needed, this is in addition to Stacey walking with a couple of the homeowners to visit with those addresses as well.

Yesterday was the deadline to receive the contact information needed from residents along CNH who need to be involved in the next discussion on fencing options, and the Board is pleased to report we are able to move forward with those discussions.  As a result a meeting with the CNH residents has been scheduled for this weekend and depending on the outcome of those discussions will determine whether a vote will then need to be carried forward at another meeting held for all of Phase 1 & 2 residents.
